How to Clean Shower Doors and Tiles

How often do you clean your bathroom? And be careful how you are going to answer this question! You have to pay a special attention to this part of your home, because this is the place, where you maintain your personal hygiene and wash your whole body.

Bathroom cleaning is a detail procedure, requiring special treatment and cares. Because of the moisture that appears in this room, it is a pleasant environment, where bacteria, germs and mould can grow. This is another reason why cleaners London warn their clients to not underestimate this essential part of their homes.

Many home owners think that cleaning the floors, mirrors and polishing different fixtures is everything, they have to do during the cleaning process of their bathrooms. However, this is not actually true.

Bathroom cleaning is a more complex assignment than you think. For instance, many householders forget to clean some general parts of their bathrooms, such as the shower doors and tiles. If you ignore these areas for too long, mould and bacteria can appear into the grout. And if this happens you will not be able to remove them. Also, if you do not clean the build up of soap scum, it can damage the colour of your stone or ceramic tiles.

To clean the tiles, spray them with an all-purpose cleaner and scrub them with a brush. For more serious situations use a stronger cleaner. If you do not know which cleaning product to use, ask some of the professional London cleaners or somebody who knows exactly how you have to proceed in this situation. For the shower doors use a glass cleaner. To remove harder stains, boil a few cups of white vinegar. Use the solution to clean the shower doors. Do not use a scrubbing sponge, because you can scratch the glass. Wipe the doors with a soft clean cloth.
