How to Deeply Clean a Sink

People think that sinks are one of the clearest places in their home. However, that is not quite true. Sinks are the place where we clean a lot of things and because of that, a lot of germs and dirt remain in the sink. Fortunately it is not so hard to clean them. If you follow these simple steps you will have a clean sink in no time. Here they are:

  • First, start by removing everything from the sink. If there is a lot of stuck on dirt, cleaners Cubitt Town plug the drain and fill it with hot water. Leave it like that for an hour, so that the hot water can loosen the dirt. Unplug the drain, so that the water goes down the drain.
  • Now you will have to start with the cleaning. It is easier to clean one side at a time. So start by sprinkling a layer of baking soda on the walls. Take a damp sponge and gently scrub the side of the sink. Baking soda is a perfect mild abrasive scrubber. Add some vinegar on the sponge and continue scrubbing. Rinse off with clean water. It is completely safe to let the vinegar and backing soda go down the drain. They will even clean and freshen your drains.
  • If there are any stains remaining, use an all purpose cleaner. Cleaners Cubitt Town recommend, first to make sure that it is safe for the material the sink is made of. After that rinse the cleaner with water or as written in the instructions.

Use this deep cleaning process once in a few weeks. You can always easily maintain you sink clean by wiping it with a clean cloth every time you use it.
