Developing positive habits is one of the most difficult things someone can do for his self-improvement. Our habits talk much about our personalities. The more times we repeat something, the better we become in doing this. The key to success is in trying to develop good habits and to improve in repeating good things.
However, there are some practical habits that can turn our life from negative to positive and to make us proud of what we are doing and how. But don't hurry, just try to improve your habits day by day and you will see the big difference after the first month.
- Wake up early and don't sleep more than 8 hours. This is a good way to have extra time and to finish your tasks till the late afternoon.
- Everyday eat fruits and vegetables, don't skip your breakfast and try to do some exercises for at least 30 minutes. If you don't have enough time you can compensate with cleaning N2 or gardening.
- Plan your daily tasks and prioritize them. Set yourself deadlines and try to keep them.
- Keep your minds in a positive way and don't forget that “we are what we think”, there is always a decision, don't look only at the problems, but in their solutions also.
- Try to develop your brain activity with reading different books each week, solving puzzles, making fast decisions.
- Keep your desk and room clean all the time. Don't assume them to be in a mess, do the cleaning N2 each day, it will take you 10 minutes only.
- Maintain your relationships with your friends and relatives, try to be kind, compassionate and friendly with the others.
It will take you efforts but these little improvements will bring you a lot.
